These kits are designed to relocate low factory drivetrain breathers to a higher, cleaner position within the vehicle. This can help reduce the risk of water, mud and grit entering drivetrain components during river crossings, muddy tracks and other off-road driving.

Why Extend Your Isuzu’s Factory Breathers?
Differentials, gearboxes and transfer cases heat up during normal driving. When a warm drivetrain component is rapidly cooled during a water crossing, the air inside contracts as the internal pressure equalizes.
If the original breather is positioned low on the vehicle or becomes submerged, water and contamination may be drawn into the drivetrain. Raising the breather points into the engine bay allows the drivetrain to breathe from a higher and cleaner location.
Two Port and Four Port Isuzu Breather Kits
The Flatout Offroad 2 port breather kit is to extend the front and rear differential breathers.
The 4 port kit extends the front and rear differential breathers as well as the gearbox and transfer-case breathers.
