Who We Use for Shipping
Local New Zealand orders are sent using New Zealand Post. All NZ post delivery's are on an overnight courier (Week days only) if in a city. For rural delivery add 1 to 2 business days on top of normal delivery times. Larger or heavier items may be sent with a suitable freight company depending on the size, weight, and delivery address.
Delivery Times
New Zealand Post is generally very reliable. As mentioned above, we use an overnight courier service for most domestic deliveries. However, "overnight" isn't always guaranteed. Factors such as weather, public holidays, rural delivery, and local courier networks can cause delays. If you need your order for the weekend or a specific date, we recommend ordering a few days in advance to allow plenty of time for delivery.
- North and South Island: usually 1–4 working days after dispatch
- Rural delivery: may take slightly longer

Yes. We deliver to both urban and rural addresses throughout New Zealand. Please allow an extra day or two for rural deliveries.
What courier do you use?
Most New Zealand orders are shipped using NZ Post. Larger or heavier items may be sent with another trusted freight provider to ensure they arrive safely.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update your delivery address.
What if my parcel is delayed?
While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier network issues. If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, get in touch and we'll help investigate.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
