How shipping costs are calculated:

The DHL app will calculate your shipping costs at checkout once you enter your full address. We don't make anything off the post, what you get charged for post is exactly what we pay to send your item. 

Typical dispatch times:

We can generally pack and send purchases within 2 working days. This time can vary depending on our work load. If you have any questions about lead times for products please message us. 

Tracking:

All posted orders will have a tracking number you can use to keep updated with your orders progress. This will be sent to you once the order is packed and allocated a DHL ticket.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your country and the shipping method chosen. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its progress. DHL generally delivery within 2 to 7 business days depending on location and how far from NZ you are.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

What if my package is delayed?

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update your delivery details.

Are your products suitable for right-hand drive and left-hand drive vehicles?

Most of our products fit both right-hand drive (RHD) and left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles, but some items are vehicle-specific. Please check the product description or contact us if you're unsure.

If your vehicle or model isn't listed, get in touch with us. We're always expanding our range and may be able to recommend a suitable product or source one for you.
