What is a body lift?

A body lift is a type of lift commonly used to raise a 4wd vehicle or vehicle with a ladder chassis construction.

Typically the kit will consist of, Blocks, HT bolts, steering extension and other required parts.

The body lift is installed between the body and rubber body mounts. It's not a replacement for the rubber body bushes, it is used in conjunction with them.

A body lift is a cost effective solution  to raise a vehicle and get some extra clearance or a better approach angle. They can be particularly useful for vehicles with independent front suspension where large suspension lifts will change the Cv angles and create weak points.
