Body Lift Kit Accessories and Extensions
Some body lift installations require additional components to keep parts of the vehicle correctly positioned after the body has been raised from the chassis.
Our range of body lift kit accessories includes shifter extensions, radiator drop brackets, air intake extensions, bumper lift brackets and manual gearbox brackets for selected 4WD vehicles. These parts are designed to help complete a body lift installation and correct changes caused by the increased distance between the body, chassis, engine and transmission.
Not every vehicle requires every accessory. The parts needed will depend on the vehicle model, year, engine, transmission, lift height and whether the original bumper and other factory components are being retained. Check the individual product description carefully before ordering.
Shifter Extensions
A body lift raises the gear lever opening with the vehicle body while the gearbox and transfer case remain attached to the chassis. A correctly matched shifter extension helps return the gear stick or transfer case lever back to its original operating height.
Our 50mm body lift shifter extensions are available in M10 x 1.25 and M12 x 1.25 thread sizes. Check the thread size required for your vehicle before ordering.
Radiator Drop Brackets
Radiator drop brackets reposition the radiator after a body lift so it remains correctly located relative to the engine and cooling fan.
Our current range includes radiator drop brackets for selected Toyota Hilux N70 models fitted with a 50mm body lift.
Air Intake Extensions
Raising the vehicle body can increase the distance between the factory air intake components attached to the body and those connected to the engine.
Our vehicle-specific intake extensions provide the additional length needed to reconnect the factory intake hose after a body lift. Options are available for selected Toyota Hilux N70 D4D and Hilux N80 models.
Bumper Lift Brackets
When the original bumper remains attached to the chassis, a body lift can leave a noticeable gap between the bumper and the raised body.
Bumper lift brackets reposition the factory bumper so it sits closer to its original alignment with the body. We supply bumper relocation brackets for selected Toyota Hilux, Toyota Surf and Toyota 4Runner models.
Manual Gearbox Brackets
Some manual transmission vehicles require an additional gearbox or transmission bracket after a 50mm body lift.
Vehicle-specific options are available for selected Ford Ranger PX1 and Mazda BT-50 manual models. Each bracket includes the fasteners required for installation.
