Mazda Steering Shaft Extensions
Installing a body lift kit increases the distance between the vehicle’s body and chassis. On some Mazda models, this can reduce the safe spline engagement on the factory steering shaft. These steering extensions restore the required steering shaft connection so the body lift can be completed correctly.
Our current Mazda steering extension range includes options for:
- Mazda Bounty models from 1998 to 2006
- Mazda BT-50 models from 2006 to 2011
- Mazda BT-50 UP and UR models from late 2011 to 2020
Machined Mazda Steering Extensions
Flatout Offroad steering shaft extensions are machined from solid steel bar rather than being made from welded sections. Each extension is designed to interlock securely with the vehicle’s factory steering shaft.
