High-Tensile Exhaust Studs and nuts
The studs in this range are manufactured from high-tensile steel and finished with a zinc chromate coating to help resist corrosion. This coating and the supplied copper coated lock nuts also makes the fasteners easier to remove in the future, even after extended exposure to heat cycles.
Each kit includes:
- High-tensile exhaust manifold studs
- Copper locking nuts
- Hardened flat washers
- The correct quantity of components for the listed engine
The supplied hardened washers resist deformation as the nuts are tightened, helping to distribute clamping pressure evenly and keep the exhaust manifold securely fastened.
