Steering shaft extension for 50 mm lifts
For a 50 mm / 2-inch body lift, a Flatout Offroad steering shaft extension is required to maintain the correct steering shaft spline engagement after raising the body.
Our extension is designed to meet New Zealand certification requirements.
Shifter extensions
Shifter extensions return the gear and transfer-case levers to their original height relative to the raised body after a 50 mm / 2-inch body lift.
These shifter extensions are only required for manual vehicles.
Front bumper lift brackets
Keeping the factory front bumper? Our bumper lift brackets reposition it to suit the raised body, closing the gap left after the lift. The brackets come with the required fasteners.
These brackets suit the factory front bumper only. They are not suitable for factory or aftermarket bullbars.
New Zealand LVV certification
Body lifts require LVV certification for road use in New Zealand, regardless of lift height.
This kit is designed around New Zealand’s certification requirements and comes with our Certifiable Guarantee. If an issue with the supplied kit components prevents certification, contact us so we can put it right.
